We only accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

• If the product arrived damaged or broken.

• Or if you received a product different from what you ordered.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send photos showing the problem.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with the box and all packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, skincare, haircare, and eyelash products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Return Process:

• We can send a new replacement or issue a credit for the product's value to be used on your next order.

• A cash refund will only be issued if the error is on our part.

Shipping Fees:

• If the error is on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

• If you wish to return an item after it has been shipped, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
